At Kerger & Hartman, we try cases
for clients. We do not litigate them and we don’t
consider it trial work to file a panoply of standard
motions that are ancillary to the heart of the matter.
We enter the courtrooms where our client’s rights are at
issue, and we protect those rights with skill and
determination. Be it an antitrust matter, an employment
discrimination claim, a shareholder’s rights lawsuit or
the defense of a federal fraud allegation, we love being
in court and fighting for our client’s cause.
We know that every lawsuit, be it business litigation or
a personal matter, is of vital importance to the clients
caught in the middle of it. We recognize the concerns
that each client has and we work to reduce the stress
associated with the process.
